PRODUCTIVE PROCESS
Reception
All materials arrive through reception: raw material, components or materials
provided by the client. After a control check this material is stored until it
is required for production.
Cut of Sheet
Raw material in storage is required and cut before going to press work.
Press Work
Processed materials as well as raw semi processed material previously stored become
final product after this phase. Occasionally, special cases detailed below, require
further work.
Special Cases
Special cases refer to those materials requiring special manufacturing processes,
that is to say, processes detached from press work. It is likely that at this
stage other components, also stored, will be needed to complete production.
Final Product
Once production is finished, a final control is made. At this point the final
product is stored until delivery.
Store
The final product is submitted to a number of various storage controls to ensure
that the item is in perfect condition until it is delivered.
